National Day of Action Against Student Loan Book Sell-Off

Hi all,

There will be a national day of action against the sell-off of the student loan book on the 20th November, which the Young Greens will be supporting. We'd be grateful if you could share the details around in your networks and to any students (or indeed graduates) you know! The Facebook page for the day is here: I've also done a piece for the Economic Voice here - Feel free to repost anywhere. Press release on its way!

More information forthcoming hopefully (York should be arranging its details tonight!). 14 campuses are taking part so far. If you have any press contacts we'd be massively grateful for any coverage! (long shot I know)

All the best

Josiah (Mortimer)

  1. DFC Global stock cash loans behalf of some buyers lawsuits filed by Brower Piven, a SEC filing statement regarding alleged violations of securities laws.
DFC Global equities on Friday was 11% lower in mid-session.
Such cases are quite common in the U.S., although less frequent in Europe - and the announcement could discourage investors in the region.
A second cause of bankers and high yield market is still relatively small deal in Canada, sell cash payday loans might have been too optimistic about how well said.
Credit Suisse, the eight-year non-call three zones of the left lead of the Canadian cash loans online dollar, and Deutsche Bank, a seven-year non-call three pounds of slices left lead, was not immediately available to comment.
