Hovis workers who won a victory at a site in Wigan, in a dispute against the use of agency staff on zero-hours contracts in 2013, are threatened with the loss of 50 jobs, as bosses 'review' production levels at the famous bakery. Talks between the Bakers' Food & Allied Workers' Union (BFAWU) and parent company Hovis will take place later today following the announcement of the jobs bombshell yesterday.
