Following the High Court injunction which prevented the strike in Further Education last week, UCU Westminster Kingsway Branch, have launched a petition which may be found by following this link: http://www.gopetition.com/petitions/fair-pay-for-all-defend-the-right-to-strike.html It was the Principal of Westminster Kingsway that sought the injunction, so the more signatures we can get for this petition, the better will be the position of the UCU branch in the college in their struggle with their reactionary management.
